Getting started

About SignAndGo.

SignAndGo is e-signing software for businesses that want contracts and forms signed without the printing, scanning and chasing. It is one of the MyAndGo apps, built by a small team that uses its own products every day, and it is now open to New Zealand businesses.

What SignAndGo is for

The job is simple to describe: get a document in front of the right people, have them complete it, and keep a record of exactly what happened. Everything in SignAndGo serves one of those three steps, from multi-document envelopes and signing order to the audit trail and completion certificate.

We care most about the person on the receiving end. Your client should be able to sign on a phone in a car park without creating an account, and you should be able to see the moment they have.

What it does, in one list

  • Envelopes holding one or several PDF or Word documents.
  • Fields for signature, initials, name, text, date, tick box, Yes/No choice and file upload.
  • Templates with a role for each signer, shared with the workspace or kept private.
  • Signers in order or all at once, approvers before or after signing, review-only envelopes and people copied in.
  • Manual and automatic reminders, and a decline option that tells you why.
  • Status tracking, an audit trail, a completion certificate and a verification ID anyone can check online.
  • AI summaries for signers, contract summaries and version compare, help writing messages and an in-app assistant.
  • Team workspaces with admins and roles, and optional two-step sign-in.
  • Xero filing and contacts, a connection for your AI assistant, and an API with webhooks.

Part of MyAndGo

MyAndGo is a family of business apps that share one login. Alongside SignAndGo there is ShareAndGo, for secure data rooms where you share documents with the people who need them, and BookAndGo, for online booking. A business using more than one moves between them without logging in again.

In practice the apps meet at the edges of a job. A commercial property agent in Queenstown might share the due diligence pack with a buyer's adviser in a ShareAndGo data room, then send the agreement itself out for signature in SignAndGo, using the same login for both. A clinic might take bookings through BookAndGo and send its intake form through SignAndGo before the first visit. Those examples are illustrative, not customers.

How we build it

We add features when customers need them and remove what does not work. AI sits where it saves real time: summaries that help signers understand a document, plain-language contract summaries and version compare for senders, help writing messages, and an assistant inside the app. AI features run only when you or a signer choose to use one. The connection to Xero exists because so many of our customers keep their books there.

We also try hard not to build half a feature. A setting that appears to do something and does not is worse than no setting at all, so if a control is in SignAndGo, it does what it says.

What we will not do

We do not put your documents in front of anyone you did not send them to, and we do not tell your signers what to sign. SignAndGo is the tool; the agreement is between you and the people you send to. We do not supply document wording either: you send your own documents, which is why your templates carry your terms and nobody else's.

Frequently asked questions

Is SignAndGo the same as MyAndGo?
SignAndGo is one of the MyAndGo apps. The others are ShareAndGo and BookAndGo, and one login covers all three.
Can I use SignAndGo and ShareAndGo together?
Yes. One MyAndGo login opens both, so you can share documents in a data room and send others for signature without logging in twice.
Does SignAndGo use AI on my documents without asking?
No. AI features run when you or a signer choose to use one, such as a document summary or help writing a message.
Does SignAndGo write my contracts?
No. You upload your own PDF or Word documents. The AI can summarise or compare them, but the wording is yours.
Who owns SignAndGo?
Fintech Development Pty Ltd, whose details are at the foot of every page.
Where are the privacy policy and terms?
Both are linked at the foot of this site, and each has a section for New Zealand customers.
