Connecting your AI assistant to SignAndGo.

If you already ask an AI assistant to draft emails and summarise meetings, it can also look after the signing side of your day. Connect it to SignAndGo and you can ask where an envelope is up to, or have it send a document, without switching windows.

What it can do

Once connected, your AI assistant can check on your envelopes and send documents through SignAndGo. In practice that covers the two things people do most: finding out whether something has been signed, and getting a document out to someone.

Connecting it

You make the connection from your AI assistant, and it asks you to approve access to your SignAndGo account. Use the account you normally send from, so the assistant sees the same envelopes you do. If you stop using it, remove the connection.

Good habits when it sends

Asking about status is low risk. Sending is a real action with a real recipient, so treat it with the same care as sending by hand.

Name the document and the person precisely. Read back the recipient's email address before confirming, especially when two contacts share a first name. For anything with complicated fields or a signing order, set it up in SignAndGo yourself or start from a template.
