- Do the people signing need an account?
- No. Each signer gets an email with a secure link and signs on any phone, tablet or computer.
- Can several people sign one document?
- Yes. Add as many signers as you need and choose whether they sign in order or all at once. You can also add an approver and copy people in.
- What does the audit trail record?
- Each view and signature, with the person's name and email address, the time, and the IP address and browser used. It stays with the envelope.
- Where are my documents stored?
- Your documents are stored in Sydney, Australia. Sign-in, payments and some other services run overseas, and our privacy policy lists them.
- Can my team use the same templates?
- Yes. A template you save is shared with your workspace, unless you mark it private.
- Does SignAndGo work with Xero?
- Yes. Connect your Xero organisation and signed documents can be filed into Xero automatically.
- How is AI used?
- Only when you or a signer use an AI feature, such as a document summary or help writing a message. The text involved goes to an AI service in Australia, and we choose providers that don't use your information to train their models.
- Can someone review a document without signing it?
- Yes. Send it for review only and they confirm they have received it, or add them as an approver.
