Everything you need to send, sign and keep documents.

SignAndGo covers the whole job, from preparing a document to keeping the signed copy. Here is what it does.

Preparing a document

  • Upload PDF or Word documents, and put several documents in one envelope.
  • Place signature, initials, name, text, date and tick box fields where each person needs to fill them in.
  • Use Yes and No options that let the signer pick one, and ask for a file when you need one uploaded.
  • Save the documents you send often as templates, with a role for each signer, ready to reuse.

Choosing who signs, and how

  • Add as many signers as you need, and have them sign in order or all at once.
  • Add an approver who reviews the document before anyone signs, or after everyone has.
  • Send a document for review only, so the recipient confirms they have received it without signing.
  • Copy in anyone who needs the finished document.

For the people signing

  • Signers need no account. They open a secure link on a phone, tablet or computer.
  • Send a reminder yourself, or set reminders to go out automatically.
  • A signer can decline and tell you why, so you know where things stand.

Keeping track

  • See where every envelope is up to: who has opened it, who has signed and who still needs to.
  • Each envelope keeps an audit trail of every view and signature, with names, email addresses, times and IP addresses.
  • When everyone has signed, each person gets the finished document, with a completion certificate.
  • Every signed document carries a verification ID that anyone can check online.

AI built in

  • Switch on document summaries and signers can read a plain-language overview before they sign.
  • Get a plain-language summary of a contract's key terms, or compare two versions to see what changed.
  • Get help writing the message that goes with your envelope.
  • Ask the in-app assistant how to do something, at any time.

  • Work in a shared workspace, with admins who manage who can do what.
